Sample Manuscript Evaluation Forms

Counselor Education and Supervision Manuscripts are organized into one of four types:

• Quantitative
• Qualitative
• Position Paper
• Innovative Methods

Below, you will find evaluation forms used by reviewers for the evaluation of various types of manuscripts. The evaluation forms are available in two popular word processing formats. The popular MS Word (.doc) document can be read by most word processors and the universal RTF (.rtf) document can be read and edited by all word processors.

There are two methods for downloading the evaluation forms:

1. Click on an appropriate link below. A dialog box will appear that allows you to view or save the document file. If you choose to view the file, the document will appear in your word processing application. If you choose to save the file to your computer, click on the save option. Then, double-click on the document to open it.
2. Or, you can right-click on the link below to save the file to your computer. First, move your mouse over the link, then right-click. A selection box will appear. Select the “Save Target As” or “Save Link As” option from the selection box. Save the document to your computer. Finally, open the document by double-clicking on the file.
